In these next few days, we face a situation that this generation has not seen before… Our Constitutional Rights and Freedoms hang in the balance of this very Election of the President of our great United States of America. Will God’s Truth prevail… or will dark demonic forces once again infiltrate the very fibers of our nation? As evidence is unveiled it becomes more and more obvious that there has been an egregious act of Election Fraud in several states.
Our Founding Fathers had great spiritual incite, noting that wickedness of greedy men and women who oppose our God, self-seeking power and wealth would easily destroy our nation if God fearing people did not participate in governmental positions and stand in the Whole Truth of the Bible.
Within the body of his farewell address to the nation, George Washington said “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism, who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. The mere politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them. A volume could not trace all their connections with private and public felicity. Let it simply be asked: Where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion”.
And Thomas Jefferson once said, “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.”
We would do well to study our Constitution and Declaration of Independence to know and be educated to what is true and right. Yet many people do not take the time to learn for themselves…. We rely on television and social media sources to give us our facts. BUT if we are not studied to be approved, then how do we know we are hearing the truth and telling the truth to others?
Timothy 2:15 (ESV) tells us “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth. Should we then abide in the Word of God even in our ‘political life’?
It is not enough to just vote. We must participate in our communities to make sure that those people who are in places of power and influence are not in violation of God’s Word while governing our cities, & schools. We the Church have neglected our responsibilities.
2 Chronicles 7:13-14 (ESV) “When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send pestilence among my people, if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
So now, what do we do? The Body of Christ has repented for our sins, we are fasting and praying for a miracle, for God to intervene and heal our land.
Church! PRAY AND STAND! Put on the WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD! (Ephesians 6:10-20/ ESV)
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.”
Decree and Declare today…..
“Our Nation Will Not Be Broken. Our Nation will be a House of Prayer for the Lord”
Lord, we thank You for Your Truth, for Your Righteousness, and Your Mercy to prevail in our land, in this election and for the future of our Great Republic,
